The idea came to me when I was reading Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann - Guren Gakuenhen an official alternative universe parody of TTGL where the characters are placed in a High School enviroment instead of end of the world scenario. They really like the High School motif in anime /manga. It doesn't necesary have to be High School theme here but I did use the school roof-top idea that I keep seeing in anime.
I had fun drawing this for the most part but it DID get tiresome at the end. You can probably tell that I don't usually do big complicated drawings. I really should do more things like this. Originally I had wanted to add Bulma and Vegeta but the picture was already to full and I wanted to leave some space for back-ground and I FINALLY DID A BACKGROUND. I'm so happy. But the chain-fence was a pain to do. Don't talk about the fashion I didnt really think about it other than Piccolo should have the japanese high school tough guy look....or something..... And for the record, Goku's eating a strawberry covered chocolate....I think...just in case you were wondering. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
